This premium location overlooks the park adjacent to the Boardman River, is two blocks from dozens of the city’s eclectic eateries and the main shopping district and a short four block walk to the beach. During the summer months beach chairs, a beach blanket, a folding beach wagon and other summer essentials are stocked for your use so you can have easy enjoyment of our sandy beaches and lush parks.

The bathrooms are spa-like with their openness, elegant fixtures, designer tile and customizable high-pressure shower heads.

The unit includes one private parking space just steps from your stay with additional parking available in city lot "N" located adjacent to the condo building.
