The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock all sliding doors and windows and put back the wooden boards. Deadbolt the front door and door to garage when leaving.
Check that stove and fireplaces are off. Double check that the refrigerator doors are closed tight. Please make sure that all remotes are returned to the appropriate locations.
Double check the binder for additional instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
