This is an ideal hotel at which to stop after or before a flight from Denpasar. We had been travelling for 24 hours and did not feel up to dashing to make a ferry to Nusa Lembongan. So we stopped at the Novotel. We booked an executive room granting access to the lounge. This was ideal for us as we did not want a full meal after all that flying. Rooms were comfortable and quiet despite it being an airport hotel.

It's all about location: walk for 5 minutes from picking up your baggage and you're there. It's an airport hotel and not a resort. Nice pool though.

Ok.but definitely areas for improvement.

Room was comfortable, but TV wasnt working and maintenance had to pull it off wall and repair cables; cable to telephone kept comining off the phone; cover to electricity point fell off. Booked a 4.45am luggage colllection and the staff arrived 45 minutes early at 4am.

We have visited relatives near Bali several times. Since the Denpasar airport is the closest link to their location, we usually extend our transfer by staying extra days somewhere on the island. Since we had to make a quick overnight transfer this time, we chose to stay on the airport grounds. For that purpose, this hotel is a wonderful choice. It is clean, quiet and high quality. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was available at 6am and was world class in quality and range of cuisine.

Airport hotel is a safe, 5-minute walk from the airport. Perfect for transit. Early check-in was very much appreciated. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The onsite dining room is very nice with an excellent breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice for airport layover. We arrived on Bali close to midnight. It was so easy and safe to walk to the hotel. We stayed two nights before flying to Manado. It was the perfect place to rest after 24 hours of traveling. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is wonderful, friendly and competent.
