The fridge did not work on arrival but was quickly replaced. The towels in our room were very smelly and the drains were very smelly too (third floor room). Although signage stated shower hat, cotton buds etc provided - there was only tooth brush and paste. However the bedding was superb - mattress and pillows so comfortable. Another bonus was no charge for room service for ice.

My wife and I stayed at the Airport Novotel in Bali for two nights in September 2025. We arrived very late and it was pleasant to be able to walk to the hotel from the arrivals area of the airport. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The front desk helped us hire a car and driver for our next destination.

Airport hotel is a 10

This is our favourite airport hotel for going in and out of Bali. Perfect for the international terminal. Staff are amazing. And restaurant has great food and service.

One of the best decisions for our trip was booking this hotel for our first night (flight arrival at 10pm). The hotel was within 5 minutes walking from the arrivals gate and had plenty of international dining options on the room service menu. The hotel breakfast buffet once again had a good and vast selection of international and Indonesian dishes. The bathroom was a little dated and was a little dirty. However, for one night stay I would highly recommend for travellers with an early flight or arriving from a later flight.
