The location for this hotel along with parking facility was perfect. The lift not working (when you're on the 10th floor wasn't ideal) and the lack of sound proofing from the windows made for a very noisy nights sleep. It is a city center location but the level of blue lights & sirens all through the hours would have been a little more bareable with better window glazing and for a Marriott Hotel should be a minimum.

2 nights stay, 3 rooms!

We arrived late on Friday evening, the bathroom of the room we were allocated smelt strongly of urine. The room was also an adjoining room, we could hear the other room's TV and their conversations. We were moved from this room owing to the smell. The second room, the TV was not working and although not an essential, we were there to relax (and it is what you pay for). The hotel didn't have any maintenance at the weekend so it could not be fixed- we were moved again. We were compensated with a room upgrade and recieved two medium glasses of the house wine (we weren't allowed to order anything else with it). The third room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, but was was tolerable (especially after moving twice already). So for a 2 nights stay, arriving on Friday at 9:30pm and checking out at 12:00 on Sunday we stayed in 3 rooms. Frankly it was a bit of a nuisance. The staff however were all very understanding, polite and sympathetic. Overall we wouldn't stay at a Delta again.

Great hotel, awful bsr

Very centrally located hotel and lovely check in staff. My room was clean and comfortable and appreciated the complementary water. Bar prices are extortionate - £16 for a glass of average at best wine.

No charge point

I booked this hotel as it said it had an electric charge point to charge my car overnight and it does not, nor does the NCP carpark next to it. I was arriving late and had an early start so I wanted to charge my vehicle over night but obviously couldn't, so after checking in at 7.45 I had to drive to a charge point and sit there to charge my car.

A well located hotel with easy parking next door (NCP slightly discounted). Breakfast was very good with variety and prepared/cooked fresh. Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition.

Good but exhibition should be announced b4

Stay was good , aldo we wasn’t aware of large exhibition happening, next time would be nice to inform quest about it . Parking was easy in NCP right next to hotel at discounted rate . Overall 4.5/5
