NOTHING COMPARES to their advertising

Was AWFUL!!! Never expected this hotel to be so awful. I looked for a NICE place to stay not in the center of the city- Should have!) pictures looked great but were deceptive! All run down rooms breakfast cold every day! Pool sides were gross & needed cleaning & towels all wrinkled! Floors dirtybecause his socks were gross from walking with out shoes on- ice makers had to run to All 4 floors for 1 to be working BEST THING! Bed bug bites! WHOO Hooo!!!! Leaking fridg-bedroom tv sound levels go up & down on their own- window view. On 1st floor Rusted storage sheds- musty & dirty smells-

The suite was roomy but one of the mattresses was horribly stained, dirty, and had a huge cigarette burn. We opted to cancel our 2nd night because one of us had to sleep on the couch. Staff was very nice.

Where do I start. The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and fantastic. From there it all went downhill. The photos do not depict the rooms or their overall awful condition. Dirty is an understatement. The sticky laminate floors were your first greeting into the room, from there you'll notice that every piece of furniture, walls, baseboard, beds, bedding, pillows and everything in between is worn, tattered and disgustingly dirty. I wish I could add photos to this review but believe me when I say I would never myself stay or recommend anyone stay at this hotel. If it hadn't been so late I would have left for another hotel. I slept fully clothed and left immediately after waking up. Awful experience. Also $160 is absolutely insane.

Must have been a very nice hotel in its day, but it's tired looking now. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. There wasn't a single other outlet which wasn't behind heavy furniture. The sheets and towels were threadbare. The grill restaurant was the bright spot. Our waitress, Denise was charming and so helpful.

For the most part it was quiet at night. Maybe a little noise from people going by the room late, but OK. Everything outside the room was very clean and well maintained. In the room there were several items that need attention. Several places in walls were hastily repaired and kind of a mess. Some furniture was in need of replacement but still useable. This was not really a problem. Breakfast was great and well taken care of. Really impressed with the quality of the areas outside of room. TV worked great and showers were good. No hot water problems. Slept well on good mattresses! Good hotel for the price!

The property advertises really great photos of rooms but gave me a room that didn’t quite look like the pictures. We actually booked so we could soak in the hot tub but that was “not available due to weather.” Even if it were available, though, it looked pretty filthy like they hadn’t cleaned it in a while. The room was dated, the pillows were super uncomfortable and the walls are so thin it took forever to fall asleep even with a white noise machine working to drown out the stomping and yelling from guests above and in the halls. Only positive thing I can say is the check in was easy, the staff was friendly, it’s has a really cool and unique lobby/lounge area, and most importantly, they issued me a refund because we couldn’t stay the two nights we intended to.
