It was dirty, cooler vent filthy, vent in bathroom has mold! And I had a double lung transplant and am allergic to mold. Furniture needs updated, looks drab and over used, stains on drapes and walls, baseboards need replaced.

This place is a beautiful facade trying to hold up to the Ramada style of nice hotels. I was impressed as We walked in for the first time, it gives you the impression of a well maintained hotel. Nice little gift store and large breakfast area across from the checkin,very nice. Well what a horrible shock after going to our room down a poorly lite hallway, walls were dirty and the carpet was so-so. Now getting to the room, door open and walk in the room was so cold like a morg went to turn the lites on and most did not work in the first room so had to find the light that worked. Ok now into the next area the bathroom changing area wow lights worked bathroom also. Going to the main bedroom king bed only one lamp worked and also freezing in there. The controls were right on the wall next to the bed. Turned the control to heat and set it high to warm the room up. That was a joke it still blew ice cold air Called the desk and told them of the issues with lights and A/C- Heating, said they will send the maintenance man. The air filter in the low ceiling was so bad and not really sure any air could get through it I took photo of it. Ok now other notable things, the microwave looked like it went to war but the small room fridge was decent, the room furniture was nice but was kind back in the 70s. I can go on really but this is my rating if this Ramada ( 2 ) Oh by the way I didn't tell you I' a Travel agent and this is my review of this hotel that Wyndham Hotels puts there name on.

The room was in disrepair. The security lock on the door was broken off, the furniture was beat up and there were no charging ports or even a clock. The bathroom sink water handles were broken. The bed was very comfortable and the checkin was easy and staff was very nice

The A/C didn't really work, asked if we can have it fixed or checked out before we left our room. Came back to the room was really warm and stuffy, asked if we can change rooms but was told it doesn't make any difference so they gave us a fan. The shower gave us little hot water and the rest was cold.

I can live with a property being outdated as long as it's kept nice and clean. This delivers! Yes, this property is stuck in the 70s but it seems to be very well kept. Remember back in the ol' days when smoking wasn't a big deal and everyone smoked in the rooms? Well, it's got that old musty smell and vibe going on. Call it, nostalgic? Although the property is very well kept for it's age and rooms are very spacious with a separate living room area which I loved... the creeps come out at night! During the day it's lovely around the property but at night, it's scarey! I strongly urge this facility to hire a security gaurd for evening shifts to walk the property and keep the riff raff away. There was a homeless person trying to get in through the back doors just waiting for someone to walk in so they could run in behind them. It felt very, very unsafe at night. The staff were friendly and professional. The room rates are decent and the breakfast was much better than I even expected. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would.

Property was probably nice 5 years ago or so, but times have changed. As I was checking in someone jumped out of one of the upper rooms, there was a giant steam cleaner in my room, stains everywhere and very bad paint jobs covering who knows what kinds of fluids. I cancelled my room for the night. The staff was very understanding. DO NOT STAY HERE, they refused a refund. Expedia tried their best. I waited a day or so to leave this review to see if I was overreacting, but after a couple of nights of sleep ( not here ), I stand by my comments and experience.
