The home has been completely remodeled.

The home has two separate structures:
1) Main house 1,100 square feet, hardwood floors
2) A detached King Suite Cottage 270 square feet total (including the bathroom and mini kitchen)

The King Cottage Suite has its own entrance through a separate gate door at the end of the gated parking area. There is also a small privacy fence between the yard for the main house and the King Cottage Suite.

You will need to climb a few stairs to enter the house. You will be sent codes for keyless entry. You do not need to lock the front door or the cottage door, both automatically lock and you can reenter with your code. Do not lock the knob locks of the front door or the cottage door or you will get locked out!

Driveway has a somewhat steep incline, if you want to park behind the privacy fence for gated parking which is also flat, you will need to open and close the gate manually each time (lift up the cane bolts at the front of the gate to open). Please remember to use the gate ties to hook each gate door when you open the gate in order to protect your vehicle when entering and exiting or the gates can swing. If you are parking in the area behind the gate, one person will still need to enter through the front door to open up the kitchen door since the front door is where the keyless entry for the main house is. You can put the cane bolts at the front of the gate back down to secure the gate shut. We have plenty of driveway parking.

There is a Ring Video Doorbell at the front door, there is also a Ring Motion Detector Floodlight camera attached to the King Suite Cottage that overlooks the gated parking area and the right side of the house. There are also motion detector lights around the property and in the front entrance.

Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it as you would your own. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve ASAP, however please do realize that no one is living on-site 24/7.

We had a great experience,

We came to Tulsa for a church youth rally, we were here for 3 nights, the house was better than expected, it was like walking into our own home, we didn't need anything other than food, I brought our iron and ironing board from home, but they already had one, along with hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, towels and everything you need for the kitchen, the king cottage was nice, we have a 4 year old that had to stay with my wife and I, so we were able to fold up the table and chairs under the tv and a twin air mattress fit perfectly under the tv and we could still walk around the bed, plenty of space, clean, the only complaint for us was the water pressure was very low in the shower, I suspect it probably has more to do with the pressure from the street than anything, but still 5 stars in my opinion.

Cozy stay

We had a short weekend trip in Tulsa and stayed at this property. They were so nice to let us check in 1 hour early (helpful with little kids). Upon arrival we were welcomed with a nice note and snacks. The house was very clean and cooled for our stay! Each room had TVs and extra supplies you wouldn’t think of packing (like zip lock bags, etc). We really enjoyed our stay! Everything described about the property was on spot! They even checked in with us while we were there to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this property.

Adorable home!

This property is exactly as shown, all updated, very clean and well equipped. They added some very nice personal details, a few soft drinks in the fridge, bottled water, candies, coffee, and flowers. The place is decorated very nice and has plenty of space! We only had our family of four, but it could easily and comfortably sleep 8. It was perfect for what we needed! The owner was in contact, making sure we had everything we needed, I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location for Expo Square!

The house was excellent for our group, the location if you are coming for an event at the Expo Square facility is perfect. Neighbors were nice and the surroundings were very quite, we felt safe. Communication and response from the owner were also excellent. We will definitely rent this place again.

Loved the extra touches (flowers, welcome card, snacks) & the owner was terrific to work with. The house was decorated beautifully & was cozy and comfortable. The back house was very nice too! Lots of seating for meals, with a large kitchen table, back patio table, and small table in enclosed front patio. The neighborhood felt safe and we loved the location.

Excellent Stay

We were in town attending a cattle show, excellent location to expo center, mid town, where you want to go. The added bonus was the separate area for the wife and I to stay. Clean house, great feature was each room had a TV so the kids could unwind and watch what they wanted. I would highly recommend this place and when in town again, I certainly will stay here again.
