All staff was amazing with the exception of the night person - she did not want to be there- grumpy. Rooms and facility were very clean & comfortable! Toilet seat needed to be tightened down - felt like Mr. Toads Wild Ride when sitting down! :)

Check in was really easy. Parking was easy and the walk to BOK arena was very quick and easy. It was an overnight trip for a concert and we were comfortable and the convenience can't be beat.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The area around hotel was ideal for a show at Cain’s Ballroom. There were a lot of restaurant and bar options plus a little shopping and Cain’s was a 5 minute easy walk with sidewalks the whole way. We would stay here again!
