River Spirit was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The dining options have something for everyone and the staff were all friendly. The rooms were very nice with modern decor and bed was very comfortable. The pool is definitely a highlight with the bars and furnishings overlooking the river. Would love to return to River Spirit!

As a solo traveler, I don't mind pwying more for safety and convenience of the things i may need, all under one roof. Security is a big issue for me. Rooms are a nice size and clean, with a nice vanity area for hair and makeup. Bathrooms are a nice size, too. Beds are really comfortable. Not my first stay at this hotel, and won't be my last.

It was a fantastic experience. A drink package to purchase at the pool bar would be a nice feature. I also noticed the same canned drinks at the swim up bar that had a huge line were cheaper than the Tiki bar with no line. Prices of the same drinks needs to be streamlined across the resort.

The rooms at this hotel are nicely appointed — the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is great. However, we specifically chose this hotel for its pool, as we were visiting at the end of July. The photos made the pool appear much larger than it actually is. In reality, it’s quite small given the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates. Unfortunately, we were never able to enjoy the pool during our 5-day stay. It was consistently overcrowded, and there were no available chairs or even space to put our belongings. Another major disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned once throughout our stay. When we inquired, we were told that housekeeping is only provided every other day — something that was not communicated to us in advance. Even with that policy, our room was not serviced at all during our visit.

They don't let anyone check in early. We even said we would pay extra. Arrived at 10:30am and couldn't check in until 2-3pm...
