I liked everything about my stay except because we stayed 3 nights they did not clean our room. You have to call for clean towels and shower gel and when delivering them they did not take the dirty towels. If you want your room to be cleaned you have to request it. I would prefer my room being cleaned and replenished daily.

I loved my stay at River Spirit. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The bed was amazing! I really liked being able to sit by the Pool bar in the evening, look at the river, they even had a fire. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful room. I attempted to get an early check in so our toddler could nap in the room in the afternoon. I called the day prior they said it was possible but to call the morning of. I called that morning they said to call back at noon. At noon they still were unsure if they could accommodate an early check in. They then proceed to call me back around 1 and said “we can check you in now” it would have been nice just to be able to get checked in and know that it was an available option (so we could actually be there at that time). I even offered to pay extra to check in early and that wasn’t an option.
