The ladys at check in &same sweet ladys I checked out with, respectful, courteous welcoming. Was treated like a vip and i mattered. Let me add James the very kind soul that took my very large luggage along with some medical equipment to our room ecceptiional . Went beyond his duties. Had room service my last day and stayed a extra night room service was from fireside
Could of split my meals unfortunately my guest left had to waste over half
Loaded BP plenty of topping left overs !

We stayed at River Spirit Casino Resort with our family and had a very disappointing experience. We are hotel guests and visited a restaurant inside the casino. While there, security told us to leave the casino, which we did. After exiting, we were then chased all the way to the lobby and repeatedly told to go back to our room, even though we were in public hotel areas. Our baby was in a stroller and our toddler was walking next to us, yet we were followed and spoken to in a condescending manner. When we spoke with a manager, we were initially told children are not allowed on the casino floor, even though this area includes the hotel reception and walkways. When we asked to see the policy, the explanation changed. Rules should be communicated clearly and respectfully. Instead, we felt targeted and unwelcome. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to families with children.

The room was amazing! However, with all the expensive restaurants throughout the resort, there was not one microwave to reheat coffee or leftovers on the property. Just thinking of the money wasted to try new things that had to be discarded .
