"The hotel was very unique. Check-in experience was good... the drive to the hotel was a bit nerve wracking but, that is probably any resort in Tulum.
Food while we were there at the resort was good, not amazing, but a solid breakfast. Service could probably be improved on, but they were busy and I could have learned the language.
Room was clean, unique and shower was amazing.
The acoustics in the room on Saturday night could not keep up with the music from the surrounding areas.
Beach was well kept... everyone was fighting the seaweed the weekend we were there.
Staff were very pleasant. We asked for additional waters, and they were very prompt with the delivery of those.
I appreciated not having a TV in our room. My wife really enjoyed the spa.
Plunge pool was a bit too cold for enjoying... but would have been perfect for late spring or summer.
We will be back again but will stay for longer... and enjoy some of the classes that they had available. "
