The staff was superior. I had parked far off and Emily went to get it for me. The clerk helped me while I was in breathing distress. Overall, the staff was amazing. I will definitely stay there when I travel to and from Texas again.

The entire staff /each shift welcomed us graciously & worked with us when we had a funny key incident & needed another & more importantly each tried to help us with a strange HOTEL charge..on our card.. but did not appear on theirs/the hotel bill…,we still working on this but they did all they could & offered advice too on handling this error!

Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . Water in the pool was cold , not heated , so it took some prayers to get in the water ( I swim evwry day and choose hotels with pools) . There was nice size TV in the room and my room, on second floor had small balcony . Overall good experience
