If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The staff here are so wonderful! Every review I read before we booked this place said the same, and it's true. Ayung Resort is an exceptional property made even better by the truly kind, gentle, competent, helpful, friendly, lovely staff. Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and friendly, the spa was excellent, the restaurant was superior food and service, the room was very nice, the pool also was very nice, and the setting was amazing. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip.
