Love the royal kamuela, this is my second stay and it’s clean, incredible friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is amazing, I can’t fault it. Our air con wasn’t working properly this time but they fixed it immediately and was perfect afterwards. Will definitely recommend and visit again

This property is outstanding! My four-day stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My villa was wonderful and sparkling clean. Amenities were great to include the cookies :-) Breakfast selection was huge and so delicious! The spa packages were great and the staff very professional. I also took advantage of the hotel tours, and Degla, my driver and tour guide explained to me the history of every place and the Bali culture very well. He even added one more stop to my tour where I saw how they made the Luwa coffee. Simply, this hotel is a gem and I could not have been happier with my stay. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Ubud, Bali.

Every single thing about our day was absolutely perfect. The staff was so fantastic from check-in to room service to Housekeeping to the spa to every single department. We had so much luggage. Those guys were so fantastic. Everyone at the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was off the chart. The spa service was unbelievable and our room. What a pleasant surprise what a beautiful, outstanding fantastic luxury excellent room I don’t think we could ever stay anywhere else when we’re turning into Bali and we do plan on it. The whole experience of being at Royal Kamuela was faultless. Located in beautiful grounds the hotel is excellent value for money. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The room was immaculate and situated with its balcony access to the pool. Massage was cost effective and expertly administered. Situated on Monkey Forest Road, Royal Kamuela is close to numerous bars, shops restaurants etc. This accommodation comes with our high recommendation. Paul and Sonja from Western Australia.

Everything stood out as amazing. The staff, the amenities, the food, the excursions offered by the hotel, and I must say again, the staff. Everything was perfect. We felt so special on our honeymoon and were so grateful to everyone we had the privilege of interacting with was incredibly kind, patient, and very talented. The spa was absolutely phenomenal. We had multiple services and our expectations were exceeded at every turn. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The presentation of everything in the restaurant was beautiful and everything tasted better than it looked. The room was immaculate. Very comfy and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. 10/10 we will most definitely stay here again.

This was an absolute haven in a crazy busy city. Though on the expensive side (you get what you pay for and you get A LOT), I can’t find one thing wrong with our stay. Beautiful accomodations and the private pool was actually private. Some people say that the private pool accommodations around Bali aren’t what they seem because while you only have access to the pool, people can actually see you in there from their rooms. This was not at all the case at this hotel and it was completely secluded from all other guests. Bonus points to the many monkeys that visit from the neighbouring monkey forest! We were considering going to the monkey forest, but found we didn’t even need to because they came to visit us at our hotel! Restaurant was 10/10, food was amazing, staff were amazing, and the view was amazing. Also cannot stress how quiet and peaceful it was. The pictures online definitely don’t do it justice one final thought, during our checkout they noticed we were leaving too early to have their complementary breakfast so they arranged for us to have takeout containers on the road!
