very convenient hotel for staying in the Latin Quarter. clean, small rooms and a parking garage adjacent. Check in process was very poor. had a line of guests trying to check in, and one of three clerks leaves the station, other is calling for restaurant reservations for another guest and the third was too new to use the computer system ....

This property was the perfect location. Quay st with all the bars and shops was right outside the door to the left, it was a short walk to Eyre square. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more

The location can’t be beat. Easy to get to pubs and restaurants and a nice walk out on the river if you want to get away. I wish they made the parking situation clearer on their website and mentioned where to find their garage and also that the garage is very hard to navigate- perhaps offer the other location earlier before arrival? Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Location can’t be beat. Lobby area and smell was nice. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Upstairs corridors were dark and had a stale smell. Our room windows would not open and the room was stuffy and the fan had to be run to keep the air circulating. There were several bits of plastic wrap and tissue on the carpet in the corridors which never got cleaned up throughout my stay. Glass window panels on the fire doors were dirty and smudged. Housekeeping definitely needs more attention at this hotel!
