"The good part. Very spacious especially for New York. Well situated. Very convenient to have a kitchen.
On the downside.
No A/C!! We got told by staff that their system is in heat mode and they cannot change it. Yet A/C was full blast in the hallways. We had a full sun facing room. They told us to sleep with windows open, a total joke for a city like New York that’s active all day and night.
Very small bathroom, you can only be one at a time even though the rooms can have 5 people.
The wallpaper was stained, couches were stained, telephone was dirty, sink was clogged."
