The room was clean , bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The shopping nearby was incredible. We were wishing we had our teenage granddaughters with us. The included breakfast buffet was without doubt the best we have had in years. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is ideally placed in the shopping mall which is just a short walk from the central train and bus station. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. Whilst the room is adequate for a one or two night stay, it felt too small and lacked storage space for two people on a longer stay.

This was just the perfect place to stay for a visit to Utrecht. The hotel is immaculate throughout and the staff are very welcoming. The location is awesome - just opposite the main railway station and within a beautiful shopping mall which has a huge variety of stores, restaurants and cafes. The Hampton breakfast was excellent: a great choice of hot/cold options served in spacious dining area adjacent to the reception. I will definitely be returning!
