Gute Ausstattung mit Nachholbedarf

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und hatten insgesamt einen gemischten Eindruck. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Küchenausstattung, moderne Fernseher sowie die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hauses. Der große Garten mit zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Lage ist sehr zentral – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings war es abends teilweise recht laut.Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit einigen Mängeln im Haus: Der Whirlpool funktionierte nicht richtig, im Badezimmer waren Fliesen lose, und einige Gartenmöbel waren beschädigt. Die Wärmedämmung des Hauses war unzureichend, und in den kleinen Schlafzimmern war die Beleuchtung für unseren Geschmack zu schwach. Zudem gab es ein Wespennest unter dem Whirlpool. Die Kommunikation mit Novasol verlief sehr unbefriedigend – wir haben auf Anfragen keine Rückmeldung erhalten.Insgesamt ein Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und Potenzial, das jedoch bei Pflege und Service deutlich Luft nach oben hat.
