Luxury Holiday Home in Falster near Sea

Well-appointed holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and activities located close to the child-friendly beach in Marielyst. In the pool room you will find a large swimming pool with counter-current system, a large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 6 people. The pool is 18 m2 and has a slide for the children. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic drats and table tennis. There are more TVs as well as PlayStation4, Xbox and blu-ray player. There is also a fully equipped gaming computer. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 2 separate sleeping sections. On the mezzanine there are box-mattresses on legs. The beds in all 7 bedrooms can either be pushed together as double beds or divided as single beds. If you need a room for working there is a work station both in the activity room and one of the bedrooms. In the well-arranged kitchen there is i.a. a large fridge, freezer and 2 dish washers. There is furthermore a Nespresso coffee machine. Outside you will find a lot of activities for the entire family to enjoy e.g. darts, volleyball net, football goal, play tower, sandpit, chess and many other games. There is also a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). For trips to and from the beach there is a pushcart. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups. The house is under construction and the photos are therefore taken from a similar house.
