LIVING AREA
The cozy living room offers plenty of space to relax, furnished with a couch, two leather armchairs, and a sitting area. Watch shows on the 55” flat-screen smart TV with cable while enjoying the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). Step out onto the private deck for sweeping panoramas of the mountains.
An additional gathering space on the lower level features a 50” flat-screen TV with Roku, a couch, and access to the deck.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 42” flat-screen smart TV over the fireplace. Bonuses include a double oven and a six-burner gas stove. Convenient gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and kettle.
When’s it’s time to eat, gather at the stately table with seating for up to ten, or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

The second-floor master suite is furnished with a king bed, a leather armchair, and a 32” flat-screen TV with Roku. Enjoy private access to a balcony. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the lower level, the third bedroom has a king bed, a leather chair, and a 32” flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. A full bathroom on the lower level features a separate vanity and a tub/shower combination.
A half bath is located next to the kitchen on the first floor.

Parking is available for up to four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Driveway may be difficult to maneuver when multiple cars present. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
