Charming apartment in the heart of Valencia, in a completely renovated building, from which you can admire the views of the Valencia Cathedral. Located next to the Plaza de la Reina, you will be one step away from all the historical monuments of the City, as well as the main shopping area and the Turia River Gardens.



The 79 m2 apartment very well used, has the following spaces:

The air conditioning was superb and the views immaculate. The linen was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only slight issue was that the second bathroom had a bit of a smell from the drains, but as there were only 2 of us we used the en suite and didn’t use the second bathroom. Also, we didn’t report it.

The apartment is located in the center of the old town, close to many attractions. Public transport and bicycle rentals are close by for travel to areas away from the centre of Valencia. Many restaurants in area. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms which is perfect for two couples or family travelling together. Is there a possibility of getting a couple English language tv channels ? BBC, MSNBC, CBC. English instructions for washer/dryer New bathroom soap dispenser. Location, location, location!

We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!

Wonderful!!

We stayed for the marathon. My husband and I and our adult son who was running. The location could not have been better. The apartment is wonderful, and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic Spot!

We loved this apartment! Excellent location in the old town and just a short cab to the beach. We walked pretty much everywhere...even to the train station for day trips. Very clean, all the bells and whistles (laundry, dishwaser, etc.) Excellent communication with the manager and overall a great experience. We will definitely stay here again! (One note for potential guests...our air conditioning was not working very well and Valencia is HOT in the Summer so keep that in mind.)

Fantastic stay in perfect location

We came to introduce our son and his girlfriend to Valencia and this was the perfect piso to do that. The location on the plaza is wonderful, with all of the essentials (morning pastries and evening chocolate con churros!) within 20 feet of the door to the street. The piso itself has clearly been rennovated very recently, as it was beautiful, clean, and modern. The agent was very helpful to arrange an early check in so we could drop our bags shortly after arrival. Again, if is hard to think of any thing that didn't suit our needs perfectly.

One week in Valencia

The apartment is perfectly located in the old historic town, near all the interesting sites. The interior of the apartment is a nice mix of old and modern designs. The kitchen is well-equipped and having two bathrooms is an advantage if you share the place with a friend or a colleague. The beds are comfortable and everything is spot clean. There is a lift in the building that brings you to the apartment. The hosts were friendly and we could leave our luggage until the afternoon. It is highly recommended. Two rolls of extra toilet paper would be nice.
