Our apartment “Alejandro and Renate” is only a few meters away from the beach La Malvarrosa and only 3km from the port of Valencia. Wifi is free an there is Smart TV with cable less connection.The Ciudad de Ciencia and Artes is 6km away and the Gardens of Turia as well. Only around the corner from the apartment there is a busstop from where no 19 and 31 will take you right into the centre of Town, train station Nord, which one MUSTsee on its inside. Right next to the busstop there is a shop where you can buy bus bonuses (Suma). Once arrived at Estacion Norte, (train station in the centre) a few metres away is the main square with the Townhall, the famous Postoffice etc. All the área is now pedestrian área.
The apartment itself consists of entrance hall, one individual bedroom, one bathroom with shower, Wc, washing basin, washingmachine. (hairdryer, shower gel)
The american type kitchen has microwave, oven, gascooker , fridge and all the necessary implements for cooking, like pans, frying pans, plates cutlery etc.
In the frontroom you will find a sofá, armchair and diningroom table for 4 (which can be extended to doublé size for people who need to work during their stay).
The living, diningroom, kitchen combined is extremely spacious contrary to most apartments around. There are big Windows towards the great innercourt thus there i lots of luminosity in the apartment. Thick walls guaranty quietness and peace inside. And the atmosphere is very cosy and pleasant.
