Welcome to our cozy accommodation! We want to ensure you have the best stay possible. To maintain a harmonious and safe environment, we kindly ask that you follow these simple but important rules:
- Check-In and Identification
- Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- A late check-in fee applies for arrivals outside this time frame:
10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: €20
After 12:00 AM: €40

Check-Out
- Check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM.
- If you need to leave later, please inform us in advance to check availability.
- Late check-out after 12:00 PM is considered an extra service and comes with an additional charge. -- We’ll be happy to provide further details upon request.
- Late check-out fee: Available at 50% of the nightly rate. Please check availability beforehand.

Energy Efficiency
- Please turn off the air conditioning or heating when leaving the apartment.
- Be mindful of your energy consumption.

Apartment Care
- Please treat the apartment and its belongings with care.
- Do not park bicycles in the building hallway.

QUIET HOURS: PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS BY KEEPING NOISE TO A MINIMUM BETWEEN 10:00 PM AND 8:00 AM. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN NOTIFYING THE AUTHORITIES.

Additional Services
- If your accommodation includes a sofa bed or air mattress and you plan to use it during your stay, let us know before your arrival so we can have it ready.
- Same-day requests or requests after check-in will incur an additional fee.
- Baby equipment: Please request in advance (€20 per crib, €5 per high chair).

Extended Stays
- For reservations longer than 11 days, your stay is considered medium-term, and by law, we must send you a temporary rental contract with your booking conditions for you to sign.
- For stays longer than 1 month, basic utilities are included up to €100 (€80 for electricity, €20 for water). Any excess usage will be charged through Airbnb.

Booking Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation at our accommodation, you expressly agree to the following conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in penalties, loss of the reservation amount, or immediate eviction without the right to a refund.
1. Booking Conditions
Minimum age and group policy: Reservations from young groups or guests under the age of 25 without an adult representative are not accepted. If this condition is not met, access to the accommodation will be denied and the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited.
Number of guests: If it is detected that more people have entered the property than those registered in the reservation, you will be required to pay the corresponding amount for each additional person. This practice may also lead to early cancellation of the stay without refund if considered a serious violation of house rules.
2. Rules of Use for the Accommodation
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking is detected, a €150 penalty will apply for cleaning and deodorizing.
No pets allowed: If the presence of a pet is detected, a €150 fee will be charged for additional cleaning expenses.
Lost keys: The replacement of lost keys will incur a cost of €100.
Damage and misuse – Faults and responsibilities:
If you notice any damage to the property or appliances at check-in or during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can take the appropriate action.
Any damage caused by misuse of appliances, furniture, or facilities will be the guest’s responsibility. It is recommended to follow usage instructions and take good care of all equipment and furnishings.
In the event of damages attributable to negligent or improper use, the cost of repairs or replacements will be entirely borne by the guest. This liability is supported by Article 1.902 of the Spanish Civil Code.
Bed linen and towels: If towels or bed linen are heavily stained, a stain removal cleaning fee of €5 per item will be charged. If the stains cannot be removed, the replacement cost of the item will be charged.
3. Silence and Rest
Quiet hours: Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Respect for neighbors: Ringing neighbors’ doorbells or disturbing the peace within the building is not allowed.
Non-compliance: Failure to respect these rules may result in immediate eviction from the accommodation without any refund of the reservation amount.
4. Guest Registration
Traveller Information Form: Completing this form for all guests (adults and minors) prior to arrival is mandatory. This is a necessary requirement to access the accommodation.
Legal requirement: In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, the registration of all travelers' details is mandatory for public security purposes. Without this information, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
