Flats Friends Torres de Quart is a one-bedroom apartment located in the center of Valencia, in the Carmen neighborhood. It is an ideal accommodation for families and couples, with private access to a terrace on the top floor. It is a 6-apartment building, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



Flats Friends Torres de Quart is an apartment with a simple and cozy decoration, which includes the use of the private terrace. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the room plus a double sofa bed in the living room. It has cotton sheets and towels, a kitchen open to the living room with television and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The terrace on the top floor is ideal for dining al fresco in the summer!



It is located on Turia street in Valencia, next to Torres de Quart and a few minutes walk from the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly communicated with numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.



IMPORTANT: Until mid-2026, there will be construction work on a new building next to Flats Friends Torres de Quart. Your stay may be affected by noise and dust from the construction.
