Flats Friends Torres de Quart is a one-bedroom apartment located in the center of Valencia, in the Carmen neighborhood. It is an ideal accommodation for families and couples, with private access to a terrace on the top floor. It is a 6-apartment building, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



Flats Friends Torres de Quart is an apartment with a simple and cozy decoration, which includes the use of the private terrace. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the room plus a double sofa bed in the living room. It has cotton sheets and towels, a kitchen open to the living room with television and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The terrace on the top floor is ideal for dining al fresco in the summer!



It is located on Turia street in Valencia, next to Torres de Quart and a few minutes walk from the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly communicated with numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.

A bit basic

Undesirable area

Felt unsafe in this area. Gave up our full payment to leave and stay at the Hotel Valencia Oceanic in a much nicer area and more central location. Host refused to refund us which I understand according to the policies….. but just wanted to post this so others don’t make the same mistake as we did. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!

Fine for a short stay

This apartment is fine for a short stay, but not fantastic. The apartment is spacious and has generally good amenities. However, the wifi is unreliable and would stop working at times, especially in the night and morning when the whole building was using it. The air conditioning was very weak and only in the living room, so the bedroom got very hot. We also found a cockroach in the apartment, which wasn’t great. The location is fine but not spectacular.

Schönes und geräumiges Apartment

Toller Standort. Wir benötigten ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Altstadt. Tolle Restaurants ca. 10 könnten Fuß entfernt. Zum Strand ist es dann schon sehr weit. Allerdings bietet sich hier das Buchen der Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour an. Diese befindet sich ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt und bringt einen im Laufe der Tour entspannt zum Strand.
