Superb location. Walking distance to many tourist sites. Footsteps from the cathedral. The room was very clean and modern. Love the shower. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was good selection at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I come back to Valencia in the future I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and very clean. Only problem is the walls aren’t very soundproofed so you can hear the street at night but this wasn’t a major issue. It would also be good to have a kettle as well as a coffee maker with decent sized cups for tea as the espresso cups are far too small.

Alejandro was fantastic; however the Manager, Francisco, was less helpful and was difficult to communicate with. He was dismissive when we tried to discuss the broken safe and the noise from the room next door. The hotel room was of a high standard but the soundproofing was very poor, as we could hear the family talking in the next room and we were woken very early with the children crying at 6am most mornings. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel’s location was superb and within a 2 minute ask from the cathedral and the square.

Beautiful inside out. The original historical designs of the building and the high ceiling was extra ordinary, The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us get a taxi that can pick up in the hotel (with the narrow streets) to the airport.
