Private: swimming pool angular (3 x 2 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Germans Villalonga-Enric Navarro" 60 m, underground station "Benimaclet" 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
