The AQUA APARTMENT is 10-15 minutes walk to the Oceanográfic, and the City of Arts and Sciences, the Turia Gardens, where you can cross the whole city with bicycles or walking. It is a privileged place in the city of Valencia, next to the hotel zone.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Fotos. Leider ist das Wohnzimmer sehr dunkel, so dass das Schlafzimmer gemütlicher war. Die Wohnung liegt gut. Es ist nah zur Ciudad de las Artes und auch nicht weit zum Meer. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Der Mercadona ist unten im Haus und ein Lidl in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad (Valenbisi) ist die ganze Stadt gut zu erreichen. Die Metro fuhr leider nicht.

Compleet appartement met alle denkbare voorzieningen op vaatwasser na. Appartement was ook goed schoon. Locatie is goed, supermarkt is onder het appartement en op 10 minuten lopen van het prachtige natuur- en wetenschapsmuseum en een heel groot park. Het in- en uitladen van de koffers was wel erg lastig omdat er (anders dan destijds in de advertentie stond omschreven) geen vaste parkeerplek beschikbaar was. Met 2 kinderen en alle reisbagage is het niet handig als je je auto enkel op straat kunt parkeren met in ons geval 5 minuten lopen.

10 schöne Tage in Valencia

Wir waren bereits zum 2.Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren erneut zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke perfekt und ist unseres Erachtens insgesamt gut und zentral gelegen. Es fahren diverse Busse in der Nähe ab, ob zur Altstadt/Innenstadt oder zum Strand. Metrostation max. 10min. zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Ciudad + Ozeanograph sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung selbst ist normal ordentlich ausgestattet und liegt im 7.Stock. Der Mercadona befindet sich direkt unterhalb der Wohnanlage.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon

Wohnung und Umgebung sind perfekt. Selbst zu Fuss ist der Strand erreichbar. Mit den Buslinien/Metro oder dem Fahrrad ist man rasch an jedem Ort in Valencia.

Pleasent stay

Enrique is a very good hast and acted to sort out the small problems we had.The apartment is accurately described and we mostly enjoyed our stay. However,the building which houses the apartment is in a pretty poor condition and I would describe it as being ,social housing'.We didn't feel threatened or anything like that but its just not very pleasent..The reception area is horrible (as is the lift).BUT,as soon as you're through the door of the apartment itself,its great!

Un appartement fonctionnel et bien situé

Situation dans un quartier agréable (Mercadona, boulangerie, primeur et autres commodités à 2 pas, restos variés) avec arrêt de bus 35 devant l'immeuble direction le centre-ville (visite du vieux Valence et accès arènes, Mairie, Office de Tourisme, monuments principaux et marché central). Proche de la Cité des Sciences et de l'Océanografic (à pied avec des enfants de 8,5 et 13 ans), des centres commerciaux tels que le Corté Inglés… A quelques min des plages en voiture, et du Parc Naturel d'Albufera. Un peu bruyant certaines nuits !

Enrique's apartment was very comfortable place for our family of 4. We enjoyed every minute of stay there. Apartment is placed in very pleasant neighbourhood verry close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias which is a great facility. I hope to book there again as we love the city and apartment was great place to discover it. Close to metro station. Plenty of cafeterias, great Mexican restaurant. Mercadona supermaket with all you may need next door to the apartment block. Enrique and Monica are very helpful and friendly - although we had no problems with our stay their attitude is guaranteeing me any issue would be resolved immediately.
