Very spacious apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, very bright by the 5 windows of the room. Well connected (tram, metro and buses) and 10 minutes walking from the beach.
On the floor I can say that it has three bathrooms a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and standing fan.

A very bright living-dining room with large windows through which light enters every morning as the house is located to the East and if you are not a sun lover you can use the blinds and adjust it to your liking.
The accommodation is provided with bed linen, iron and ironing board, bath towels, toilet paper and hand soap, shower gel.

All space is available to the guest.

We are available for anything you need as we live on the same property. You will not have problems in the delivery of keys both at the entrance and at the exit.
If you need something that is not in the apartment, do not mention it, if it is feasible, we will provide it to you.

Good apartment

We chose this apartment because it was close to the beach. There is a bus to go downtown just a few blocks from the place. The apartment was clean, the room and bed were good, just one bedroom was a bit too small. The bathrooms were ok but the shower bases were really low and water easily splash outside. Also, remember that there is no elevator, you need to take the stairs to get there.

Apartamento recien restaurado, en un barrio algo antiguo pero cerca del puerto y muy bien comunicado. Lo mejor es que tiene 2 cuartos de baño con ducha mas un aseo. Parada de tranvia a 5 minutos andando.La dueña muy amable. En resumen, buena elección
