My sister and I totally loved our stay at the EXchange Hotel. We were pampered beyond belief. Free bottles of water, a lounge with snacks, a Lindt store in the lobby, nightly turned down serv, and fresh cold cucumber water every night at bedtime. The staff is attentive and eager to please. They were awesome! I would highly recommend staying here.

A beautiful stay at an elegant hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a nice surprise in the hotel room celebrating our anniversary for the time. The process from checking in and checking out was great. The communication was very convenient with the text or call.

The hotel is very clean and the sraff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. It is within a short walk to the waterfront. I would definitely stay here if i visit Vancouver again.

This is a first class hotel with a great location, just a couple of blocks from the waterfront and Gas Town. Rooms are beautiful and the staff is exceptionally polite and attentive.

Great location, nice place!

Nice staff, restaurant. Very comfortable bed!! The room was very dark and not well lit when we arrived. They had a small sitting area with no light. It was very dark and someone needs light to read. When we asked the staff to give us an extra lamp, they were quick to do so and fix the problem. We appreciated the staffs effort to make things better. Nice and helpful concierge. Had a great visit and would return to this hotel.

We had such an amazing stay. Friendly staff, amazing rooms. Beautiful restaurant in the building. A heads up that parking is awkward in a large car and many floors down but that’s not something the hotel can control. Seriously no complaints. Wish I could stay there every visit into Vancouver.
