Amazing staff - so welcoming and so helpful. The location is ideal. We were in Van for 2 nights to shop and attend the Boat Show. We got a lot of shopping in as everything is walkable from the hotel. Rooms are just okay. We fortunately got a king suite as I had originally booked two twins - I didn't look closely enough but they are literally twin beds. The use of the word "suite" is questionable at best. It is open to the bedroom and the room is overall small so you can really only watch one TV at a time. If there was a pocket door to the bedroom this would resolve the issue. Otherwise overall good and we would stay again.

My heat in my room wasn’t working. They sent someone up who act like I didn’t know how to work a thermostat. I had been in the room a day and still the room wasn’t getting warm. Then they tried bringing me a plug in heater and I refused, telling them either they give me another room or my money back.
