Property was as outlined in description, only exception was there was no washer/dryer available in the units, correction to be made in listing. Host was friendly and accomodating. Happy with the stay. Also, there were no noticable train noises heard by our party.

Train line running night and day very close should be noted. Outdoor garbage bins outside foul smelling. Excellent laundry facilities and Sam made a bbq available. It was very quiet from upstairs. Sam was very pleasant and accommodating. Great stay

Okay for short family stay.. Quiet neighborhood. Owner responds quickly with inquiries. Could have made it better if there were aluminum foil, plastic wrap, rice cooker, Items that needed to be used when staying longer than one night.
