The noise. Adjoining door with the next room provided no sound barrier. The kids in the room next door were so loud they kept us up tip after midnight. Front desk did try to call once and sent security once but nothing helped. They did say to call them again if it didn’t stop and they would move us to sleep somewhere else. Didn’t feel like doing that so late at night. Wouldn’t stay there again but maybe requesting a room with that doesn’t have an adjoining door would help.

A nice clean hotel, that's close to many businesses and restaurants. The only problem I had was they said they have covered parking, but failed to mention there's a height restriction of 6.6 feet. My truck is 6.8 feet. They do have an alternative parking lot only a half block away, run by City park and you get a crosscutting discount code from the hotel. I'd stay there again for sure.
