Stayed one night on April 19th. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. The reception staff were very friendly — Tom assisted us during check-in, and another staff member (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) helped during check-out. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, which I really appreciated. I was expecting a diffuser in the room, but it wasn’t there. However, I’m still giving a 5-star rating, as it may have just been a communication oversight. The hot tub was very nice, and although the pool water was a bit cold, it was still enjoyable. Overall, we had a good night's sleep and a peaceful, quiet stay.

This hotel surprised me! The service was top notch. Everything I required, requested, or just wanted was taken care of. The diffuser for the room was a lovely touch. The only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was the transparent bathroom wall that gives no privacy aside from a pull down shade on the OUTSIDE of the bathroom. However I would absolutely stay again- just maybe not with my family or coworkers.
