Easy commute to and from airport. No shuttle so you have to drive or use taxi/rideshare. Parking is free but there is not much of it. Had to "create my own". Property clean but could use a refresh, obvious patching. Front desk staff not rude but not particularly friendly either. We had continual problems with our room cards and had to keep going to the front desk to get them recoded. Staff implied it was our fault even though first occasion was at check in.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff with limited parking on the property. We cheked in late evening and had to park on the street. However, it's a great location for lots of dining roptions and shopping centers within walking distance. It's also near the skytrain station.
