Great value!

Clean room. Crisp sheets. Older property, with noticeable efforts to improve and maintain. Cannot help its location, but busy Capilano Road can play well into the night. Room/exterior door well-sealed helps reduce noise and eliminates any drafts. Great value for our hop-skip to points north so this location was perfect, as we didn't need to be downtown Vancouver. Typical "budget" continental fare in a.m. included, nothing special but clean, well stocked and hit the spot.

The front desk staff were polite, but not friendly at all. They didn’t make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but I had to clean the coffee desk with a wet towel. I was surprised that there wasn’t any USB outlet plug in the room. The bathroom was clean. Overall, our stay was comfortable. I would stay in this hotel again.

Great base for Grouse Mountain

Relatively basic hotel but clean and comfortable with reasonable breakfast options. Only 10 minutes from Grouse Mountain car park. Capilano suspension bridge park is even closer on the same road. Makes a good base for exploring around Northern Vancouver area. Allow extra time if driving to Vancouver airport though to allow for traffic.

This location is pretty central to getting to tourist sites. Not too far from the airport either. Free breakfast included ham and processed cheese as well as pancakes, yogurt and pastries. Laundry machines are available onsite for $4.50 (washer) & $2.50 (dryer). Front desk provides the laundry soap pod. Beds are comfortable. Our unit had a kitchenette which came with a 2-burner stove top, kettle, a pot, frying pan, sauce pan, dishes for 4 people. They also provide disposable slippers in the room. It can get a little noisy when garbage is picked up but that is to be expected. I would stay here again! Helpful staff!
