Great location and comfortable rooms. The check-in process was confusing. I had to check in twice even after receiving my keys and confirmation that the room was ready, but no one told me which room it was. I was told my luggage would be sent up, so I waited about 30 minutes, called to check, and was told someone would bring it up. After another 15 minutes, still nothing. I went down to retrieve it myself, which made me late getting ready for dinner. The pool was lovely, though it would be nice if the rooms included sandals for going to and from the pool area. I had also requested an early check-in several days in advance, but that could not be accommodated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but the front desk and communication could be better organized.

Our Shower had no pressure and it could not be fixed. We were given a key to use another room to shower in on our floor, then we had to mop up our bathroom floor with spare towels as it was covered in water from them trying to fix it. After the shower was fixed the next day, there was a leak as our carpet was drenched and got worse through the day. Our room was only half made up one day as well by housekeeping. No type of compensation was offered to us at all for all of the inconveniences we faced.
