Upon check in, we were greeted by friendly staff, right from the door man to the reception. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful night view of Lions Gate Bridge, Christmas lights on Howe Street and Stanley Park. I’m sure the daytime view would be amazing on a clear day. Breakfast had quite a variety of options from fresh fruit to eggs Benedict. Our table was cleaned promptly so we could sit and enjoy the view while drinking our morning coffee

Check in was slow. We arrived slightly after the 4 pm check in and there was a long line up. Took about 30 minutes before we got our keys, and the line up was longer than when we arrived. Only 3 staff at front, so it could have went faster for all if more staff scheduled.
