Girl at the pool bar clearly was not a bartender or ever poured a drink before. Only 2 beers on tap and she had zero information on either of them. Before dispensing my peach slushy she filled the cup up with ice. I told her no ice but said she had too. No drinks aloud in pool. Food was just ok. Buffet breakfast was cold. Windows in harbor view room were fairly dirty making it hard to see out. Was told bag delivery to the cruise ship was free but they charged $5 per bag.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff

Very conveniently located next to Cruise ship boarding. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping and bell hop (Damon). Request for late checkout was easily given. And view from lounge of cruise ship and harbour is great.

Last minute stay

Last minute stay, after a cruise. We were meant to hire a car and head off for a couple of days but changed our minds last minute. We were pleasantly surprised at this Hotel, they looked after our luggage till we could check in, harbour view room was fabulous, and so was the Bar. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Vancouver.

Beautiful location. wonderful staff. A little too busy with the cruise ships at times. But that does'nt last. The parking was expensive. Pool is warm and kept immaculate. Loved the view from our room.
