This is a tired hotel that should have been renovated/updated a long time ago. Our room was small, very poorly laid-out, including bathroom access from the middle of the room via a flimsy and difficult to operate sliding door. Not posiitve.

The hotel is right by the waterfront park and close to a ton of restaurants and things to do. It is also literally at the end of the Vancouver marathon course! We would for sure stay here again!

This is an older hotel but I found it clean and safe. Good spot to be in downtown Vancouver. Lounge closes early at 10:00 p.m. otherwise services were available (albeit somewhat costly). The front desk was excellent at accommodating an adjustment to my lunch bill; done without any fuss. Good customer service.

Good and clean room overlooking harbour area. Busy part of Vancouver so a bit noisy. Some homeless, so not always felt safe walking at night. During the day was fine. Very close to all the great downtown attractions. Very clean and updated bathrooms. Bed was comfortable.
