Very clean, close to many shops, restaurants and coffee shops, coal harbour beautiful area! Carpets are outdated not attractive, sink wasn't draining properly plus no fan in the bathroom, very steamed up, the customer service lady gave me a 15 voucher for lunch and stated they will be working on these items listed. Over all clean and nice customer service, l will be back but needs some work!

Clean and had a nice smell throughout the public areas. Staff were neat and friendly. Location is awesome and our room had a great view to the harbour on the 16th floor. Will sure come back and stay here.

Forgot my credit card at home. Would not let me check in with debit card. Would not accept cash. Would not let me input info manually even though I had photo of credit card. Finally insisted on speaking to manager who said they could send a link for me to put info in. Without that I would not have been able to check in even though room was paid for and they had my passport. Thanks to manager NOT clerk at desk.

Check in was easy and we were early too. Room was nice & we had the perfect view of the harbour. Very close if you are cruising. We also ate lunch at the bistro and it was delish!
