I stay here every year for a conference so I appreciate how close it is to the conference center. My favorite amenity is the gym area. It’s spacious and well equipped. Room had a great view of the water.

The hotel is aged, dated and lacks what I would consider to be basic amenities in 2025, such as USB outlets and smart TV’s. We had planned for our Children to watch a movie, but the TV had no way of casting our phones or connecting to our Netflix accounts. The only option was paying $24.99 for a movie (limited options). There were zero sub outlets, lack of regular outlets near the bed for charging devices. The room was very basic and what I would consider to be quite dated and tired looking. The staff were nice and check in was quick. The beds were comfortable. Location was nice.

Our stay was great, the harbour view was worth it. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It is walkable and has coffee shops nearby, and the restaurant was very convenient. However, my only notes are, if you are taking the skytrain it’s about 8-10 minutes walk and our room didn’t have a microwave so sadly we couldn’t heat up our takeouts/leftovers.
