Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was raining in Vancouver and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel, they also allowed us to leave our baggage after checking out without extra charge; we will love to come back :)

The Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront is the best value in the city! The location is unbeatable—close to everything including the Seawall, Gastown, and transit. The staff service was exceptional and incredibly friendly from check-in to check-out. Parking was easy and stress-free, which is rare for downtown. All of this for a great price compared to nearby hotels. I highly recommend staying here!
