Staff are lovely but the hotel is run down. We had an issue with our room and the staff tried to make it right but we had the same problem with the alternate room. The beds, carpets and bathrooms need an upgrade. The hotel is close to the airport and there are restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Due to the condition of the property, we wouldn’t stay here again.

over all we were happy with staying at this location but something must come to consideration its the check in that the receptionist didnt do the job right by charging my visa card again which the room was paid in full before arrival and this cous interruption in my banking .

Front desk staff friendly Room clean bed comfortable Bathroom ceiling fan broke Parking, if you are lucky you can get a spot in front of the hotel, if not you have to drive up to the level 5 blue zone and walk all the way back through the second floor, it’s a hassle But the location is great, sky train Aberdeen Centre you can get anything you need
