Our stay turned out to be better than expected. It’s an ‘airport hotel’ but we stayed for 4 nights. Staff was excellent, especially the servers at Mozza every morning. Room was clean and everything worked as expected! Hotel was quieter than we thought it would be. Gym was quite good with lots of space. Skytrain stop just outside the hotel, so super convenient to get into the City. Would stay here again!

The restaurant is excellent. Love the lasagna, pizza..... the bar is relaxing and comfortable. Super service. The entire hotel staff is exceptional! The last several times we stayed Komal went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and greeted us by name. Ken is friendly and always on time with the shuttle.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room size was perfect. The hotel restaurant has delicious options although pricy, however, there are multiple dining options at walkable distances. Multiple Asian markets and our traditionally known Tim Horton and MacDonald's are near by. The hotel is near a sky train station that facilitates transporting to uptown Vancouver or anywhere in the city, as the transportation system is amazing. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We had a late flight to catch and the hotel stored our luggage (9 pieces) until departure time. Complimentary airport shuttle it a blessing. We'll definitely come back.

We disembarked from our cruise in the early morning hours and were hoping that we can have our luggage stored at the hotel before the regular check-in time. To our surprises, we were offered an upgrade to a suite from a standard room for CAD $30 per night. We took the upgrade… we didn’t realize the room had a view of the roof of the conference room section of the hotel. For whatever reason, when the elevator is moving, we can hear the mechanism pulling and lowering the elevator from 4 rooms away from the elevator. Luckily, there was only one elevator functioning during our 3-night stay. The hotel location is near the airport, we expected to have some noise but disappointed with the sound proofing the facility has done when comparing to other hotels that we stayed near an airport. The refrigerator was not working but the staff was able to get a replacement promptly. Shuttle service to the airport was great. The shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and a skytrain station. Only recommended for an overnight layover or short term stay until the sound proofing has significant improvements.

I don’t really have anything extreme to say in the positive or negative. I enjoyed my stay, room was clean, the staff was friendly. The two biggest pluses for me were that it was next to a grocery store/mall, and across the street from the skyrail station. Actually, the shower was really good. It’s a small thing, but good shower pressure is important!
