Staff were friendly, the hotel room was very typical, beds were fine, there was a stain on the chair in the room. All typical of a 3 star hotel in my experience. The hot tub smelled of bleach and I have returned home to find it now tie dyed instead of it’s usual black.

Some minor issue with bathroom but they came and dealt with in no time. Super convenient with many Asian restaurants around. Big mall across the street is best. The hotel connected to a plaza that also has many decent restaurants. Hotel is clean and basic. Location is super convenient.

A very bad experience was the Radisson Hotel over charged me of $228.54 on March 10, 2025, plus incidental fee of $100 on March 9, although I prepaid $457.11 to Hotels.com on Feb 27, 2025 for the two nights stay of March 9 and March 10. I did not use other services at the Hotel. I called both Radisson Hotel and TD Bank credit card help line on March 15, no good answers so far.

The refrigerator wasn’t working, but it was replaced within 10 minutes after my call to the front desk — excellent! However, one of the elevators always seems to be out of service periodically. It didn’t prevent me from going up and down, but it was a bit inconvenient.
