Old non maintained building escalator broken gym is a mess and not wiped down signage incorrect and hard to find things room service is Moxies who charge $10 for a cup of coffee elevators super slow and need maintenance one staff argumentative with me when I was giving feedback to charge $400 a night for perhaps a 2 star hotel is pretty low value in my opinion - non of the pop machines had Diet Coke -weird - overall the property needs refurbishing and leadership driving quality

Excellent service, personnel attentif, belle piscine intérieur avec vue sur la ville. Un peu bruyant par contre, surtout lors de concerts extérieurs à proximité, mais le bruit de la climatisation permet de diminuer le bruit extérieur.

Our room was in a sunny corner and the air conditioner couldn't keep up with the sun's heat. The bathroom has very little shelf space for laying our toiletries. No night table on one side of the bed.Otherwise OK.

The restaurants and hotel staff were great. The rooms are so full of furniture there was hardly any room for our luggage to sit. The parkade is falling apart and it appears the hotel is going to need a big Reno to fix the structural integrity.

Nice hotel, clean, convenient for walking to restaurants etc. 10-15 min. uber to port for cruises. There is a huge Sandman hotel sign on the building but you can't see it from street level. There is a small etched sign on the glass, but it was behind a pillar. We circled the block a couple of times trying to find the hotel. Would be nice if they had a good sign on the door. Our room was in the corner by the elevator and it felt very cramped. Price was expensive, but you are paying for location.

Nice location, great staff, meh room.

Overall nice hotel in a good location for concerts but definitely room for improvement. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was quite small inside with not a lot of room to move around or get luggage trolley in. The room itself was dusty and the carpets were outdated and dirty. The shower was nice, although quite narrow. The pool was ice cold but the hot tub was decent. There is only one set of elevators for each tower, resulting in very long wait times and unless you were quick to jump in the elevator, you risked losing an arm trying to hold the door open. The Parkade is under construction, and as a result was quite difficult to navigate, however, it is nice to know that they are upgrading it for safety in the future.

Hotel is older but clean, was pretty quiet. The parking under the hotel is a full gong show, they are repairing maybe? but it’s all fenced off and hard to navigate and for $25 a day it should be better hopefully it will be repaired soon.

It is a great location for anyone needing that area. They could work on cleanliness. Even though we were given a $100 off for the room being dirty. We just kept finding stuff. I Personally won’t ever stay there again.
