Aging Hotel

Considering the large choice of hotels, I will look for another one next time. It needs love & attention and rates are only justified because of the overpriced Vancouver offering. Will not be back Gym is simply horrible and messy

Poorly renovated room not aesthetically pleasing to stay in. Pull out couch was uncomfortable and the blanket was all ripped with holes in it, bad wear and tear. No fan in the bathroom to circulate air during showers. Hallway was crowded with room service carts and was unable to navigate back to the room. Overall very unpleasant stay and would like a full refund.
