I chose this hotel for the proxomity to Rogers Arena - and for that, it was great. Check in - i booked a single king, and was initially given a single queen (mayne even a double?). I was moved into a room with a king bed - but the room felt like a closet. There was maybe a foot of space on either side of the bed, and not much more room at the foot. It was so small and crowded with the furniture. The overall condition of the room was fair. For the price, it was disapponting - especially without any sort of breakfast offered.

Couldn’t get room cleaned despite multiple attempts. Just kept getting different excuses. Not enough towels. One elevator was out of service and it took almost 20 mins to get down or to a room. Hallways smelled bad because the hallways were filled with garbage and dirty laundry. Door propped open on 2nd floor so anyone could come in. No where to plug in the coffee machine. Very frustrating stay.

Room in good condition, one of the elevators was down for service so everyone was taking the stairs as the wait for the one working was way way too long. The bad thing was our room door was next to stairs door and was constantly slamming shut all night long.

It was fine. Very reasonable price. Staff very helpful. Hotel is dated but room mostly nicely updated. Extremely comfortable bed and amazing housecoat. Room and location suited all our needs. Very quiet. Convenient location. Good secure parking. Unfortunate that only 1 elevator working. But otherwise no complaints.

Clean room and easy check in. However the rooms are small [including the bathroom] and narrow even for a king bed type. We asked for top floor-to avoid noisy neighbours above which we rec'd. Parking [$25/night]downstairs was tricky but manageable. Staff friendly with a smile each encounter.
