Loved our stay here. The Signature line is definitely an upgrade from the regular Sandmans, on all levels! The staff are amazing. We really appreciated our room placement by the pool. And the Chops restaurant is wonderful! Thank you for a lovely couple days there!

The staff were wonderful, however, the room we were given had not been properly cleaned - there was an old tshirt crumpled on the floor and food on the carpet. The toilet paper holder was broken and a light swtich was partly out of the wall. The tv mount was also pretty rickety. The room they moved us to was cleaner but many things were still slightly broken like the tv mount.

Generally a good experience staying at Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport. Our room had few issues. The AC was loud and gives noises when starting and stopping. Fridge and microwave were not functioning well.

Convenient location near the airport. Short drive to many restaurants and amenities. We enjoyed a swim in the large outdoor pool. I would recommend requesting a room facing north for a view of the sunset and the mountains.
