Super quiet, clean, comfortable property. Rooms large. Beds, bedding, and towels perfect. I asked for a room away from the elevators and they provided us with a room at the end of the hall and it was so quiet. Staff very polite. Outdoor pool open long hours and heated nicely. I was supposed to receive 2 - 25$ meal credits for Silver Expedia status but I had to ask for this and only received one. But, I used my 25$ to order room service for breakfast and it was awesome - came right at the time ordered and a perfect meal with carafe of fresh Starbucks coffee and a lovely carnation in a vase. Great hotel!

The property was well-maintained, clean, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The heated outdoor pool was a great environment to hang with the kids and other families. My only suggestion would be to offer a soap option with a more neutral or lighter scent, as the current one felt quite masculine.

Very quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish/updated. Bathroom was nice with magnifying mirror & good water pressure in shower. Very nice smelling soaps in shower.

Staff was great, however I’m concerned with the cleanliness of their rooms granted I rented a kind bed with fold out couch for myself and my son who’s 13. When we pulled out the bed it was jammed in with dirty sheets and blankets.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had to make an extra reservation at the last minute but they worked it out so that I could stay in the same room for my whole trip. They were very quick with the adjustment! The breakfast service was fantastic and I enjoyed the meal.

Beautiful property. Staff was excellent. Train in the bathroom would not drain. I asked them to repair it. They said they would. It was no better. Also, when my son was looking for a towel after his shower, he pulled out a towel that looked as though somebody threw up on it, folded up and neatly put it back. Surprise!
