Staff was very friendly. Premises were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was much above in quality and taste, compared to some hotels that I have stayed. A little noisy due to street noise. But it did quiet down a bit later.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, but the hotel is located on a very noisy corner of downtown Vancouver, and the windows do not offer sufficient noise reduction. Our apartment on the first floor felt like we were literally in the middle of traffic. We do not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant three nights at St Regis Hotel. Lovely room with excellent facilities. Terrific location close to train station and easy walk to shopping precinct and Waterfront. Good breakfast included. Very happy with our stay!

Property is well appointed with a large room, bathroom, and closet. A short walk to Gastown although other food options are closer by ranging from fast food to bar and grilles to high end steakhouses. Bed is very comfortable, especially after walking 15 miles today.

Extremely nice hotel perfectly situated downtown with walkability to restaurants, the harbor, museums and shops at close to 100%. I had a corner room on the 5th floor (504) that was huge, with windows on two sides. Great shower and bed was very comfortable. Just lovely. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. The morning breakfast is very generous and delicious and the service impeccable. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I have travelled all over the world.

At first, we were a bit disappointed to find out that this hotel is individually operated and not managed by THE St. Regis group of hotels. The location is very central, close to the port, airport rail/bus and public transportation. Some „users“ in the streets and vacant locals. The staff was excellent and we want to point out the excellent breakfast experience thanks to Itzel, Nimali, Vyvy, and Anita. The bar and steakhouse were also excellent with knowledgeable professionals running a great drink and dining operation.
