The summer house is situated in a peaceful setting, providing a safe and relaxing environment for the whole family. With three bedrooms and seven sleeping places, there is ample space for both children and adults.​



The living room features a large extendable dining table and offers entertainment via YouSee, Disney, Netflix, and lightning-fast fiber internet. The kitchen is new from 2024 and equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking.​



Outside, a spacious terrace area awaits with movable seating and lounging options, as well as an awning for shade. The garden is fenced, featuring a large lawn, an in-ground trampoline, and space for play.​



There is a Weber grill, cushion boxes, and a box of toys – ready for summer days and cozy evenings. In the shed, you'll find a washing machine, dryer, and cushions for the outdoor furniture.​



The area is child-friendly and perfect for relaxation, walks, or bike rides in nature. Just 800 meters from the house, you'll find the beach – ideal for a swim or long days in the sand. The nearby area offers charming farm shops, local cafés, and small artisans.​



Close by is Heatherhill, a scenic hilly landscape with sea views and protected areas. You can also take a trip to Tisvildeleje with lively summer activities and a cozy atmosphere. Note: Not for commercial rental.

Ein rundum tolles Sommerhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt! Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 9 und 11 Jahre alt) durften unsere Ferien in Dortes und Michaels schönem Ferienhaus verbringen und waren rundum zufrieden: alles war sauber, alles funktionierte (z.B. keine leeren Batterien, scharfe Messer - wer selbst kocht, weiß das zu schätzen) und alles, wirklich alles war vorhanden und sofort einsatzbereit. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum und genügend Kleiderhaken (in Flur und Schlafzimmer) und -bügel. Die Küche ist neu und bestens ausgestattet. Ebenso das kleine, aber blitzsaubere und sicherlich frisch renovierte Bad. Das trifft auch für den Rest des Hauses und die Außenanlagen zu. Vieles war frisch renoviert (z.B. ein Großteil der Terrasse) und sofort einsatzbereit. Auch der Garten war tiptop in Schuss, hübsch angelegt und der Rasen frisch gemäht. Den Kindern hat das große (ebenfalls neue) Trampolin sicherlich am meisten Spaß gemacht. Es wurde vom ersten Tag an in Beschlag genommen und bis zur letzten Minute ausgiebig genutzt. Wir haben und hatten nichts zu bemängeln und hätten am liebsten unseren Aufenthalt verlängert ;)
