The house offers a spacious room that can accommodate up to 3 people, with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. In the morning, coffee or tea is served, available for an extra fee. The property offers air conditioning, security doors, and a reserved parking space.
The house is located a few hundred meters from the Venice-Mestre railway station and 100 meters from the bus stop for line 2, which takes you to Venice in about 15 minutes. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and pharmacies.
The only additional cost is the tourist tax, applied according to the age of the guests and local regulations.
Elena, friendly and helpful, takes care of meals on request, cleaning, and linen change every five days. She is always ready to provide you with useful advice on transportation and information about cultural sites and attractions to visit in the area.
