In Venice far from the madding crowd

A few minutes from the Centre and still the peacefulness of the laguna in front of your house in this modern apartment. It is part of a new development called Campo Junghans because up to WWII Junghans had a big factory here. In 10 Minutes you are at Palanca vaporetto station and in another 10 Minutes you are at San Marco by boat. Looking out from the balcony you are directly looking at the laguna. Inside the apartment there is everything you need - and it is working! Ideal for the cold time of the year, there is an effective gas-heating system.

Schönes, stilvolles und sehr helles Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Lagune.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und Bett und Sofabett sind sehr bequem. Highlight ist die kleine Loggia mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Lagune. Vermisst haben wir einen Wasserkessel oder zumindest einen Topf mit Tülle zum Ausgießen und evtl. einige neue Wasser- und Weingläser. Aber das soll nur eine kleine Anregung sein.Wir haben gerade das Apartment noch einmal für eine kurze Auszeit im Dezember gebucht. Vielen Dank an Marie für den sehr freundlichen Empfang / Check Out und an Chiara für die Organisation.

Lagunenblick

Wer die Lagune so liebt, wie wir, der wird diese Wohnung sicherlich genauso gerne mögen. Hautnah am Wassergeschehen sein, das ist hier rund um die Uhr möglich. Die Betreuung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Angaben und Fotos entsprechen der Realität, nichts ist geschönt worden. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
