appartement au calme

Nous sommes venus essentiellement pour visiter la Biennale , l'appartement et le quartier Castello tout était parfait.Merci encore à la personne qui a assuré l'accueil et notre départ...et Paolo qui a installé un climatiseur dans la location pour rendre notre séjour plus confortable.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement. Il est très bien équipé, proche du centre historique en transports en commun et dans un quartier calme. Tout s'est très bien passé pour la remise des clés, la personne a été très arrangeante. Le seul bémol était la chaleur dans l'appartement, malgré les ventilateurs mis à disposition (mais nous y étions pendant une semaine de canicule, cela ne doit pas être tout le temps pareil!).

Séjour familial très agréable

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. La literie est confortable (bémol pour le 5e couchage qui est un lit strapontin). Le calme et l'authenticité du quartier font vite oublier le bon kilomètre de marche qui le sépare du centre ville. L'accueil est très sympathique, et la propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandons !

Allereerst was het al onmogelijk van tevoren een routebeschrijving te krijgen van de sleutelhouder. Eenmaal aangekomen stonden wij, in de kou, om 16 uur voor een gesloten deur, dit uur door ons opgegeven bij de boeking. De checkinn was van 16 tot 19 uur volgens de voucher. De sleutelhouder Samuele Emiliani had z'n telefoon uitstaan en kwam doodleuk pas om 19 uur opdraven. Geen excuses, niks. Het was blijkbaar niet in z'n hersens opgekomen eens te informeren. Onbeschoft type dat opgeschoten joch

Null Service vor Ort

Leider ärgerlich vor Ort, trotz Zeitfenster 18-19 Uhr und vom Bahnhof telefoniert warteten wir eine Stunde. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung! Ein Bett war nicht bezogen und Handtücher fehlten. Keinerlei Bemühen, das für uns zeitnah zu lösen. Auf die Bitte, die Reinigungskraft jetzt anzurufen, wurde es unangenehm. Wir haben von dem jungen Mann nichts mehr gehört oder etwas gesehen.... weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher bis Aufenthaltsende. Überaus unerfreulich, schade dass wir schon bezahlt hatten!

Goed ingericht huisje. Wel wat verouderd meubilair. Maar daardoor ook wel sfeervol. Fijn dat er allerlei dingen waren om te koken, zoals olie, zout, suiker, azijn, thee etc. Enkel minpuntjes: De wifi was van slechte kwaliteit, de horren sloten niet goed, er waren geen extra vuilniszakken en te weinig toiletpapier.
