It is a large apartment of 80 square meters with a large panoramic terrace on the fourth floor with elevator. It consists of a living area, sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment has heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sofa bed, TV LED, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Centrale Mazzoni is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia from which you can reach Rialto, San Marco and Lido with line 1. To reach Marco Polo airport you can take the bus or taxi to Piazzale Roma. In addition, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Guglie, Ghareetto and Cannenta area Gio, where there are many excellent quality bars and restaurants that are not very touristy. Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment.
