Recently restored, with exposed wooden beams and valuable furniture, the accommodation features a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, two double bedrooms and two shower bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

To provide you with all the comfort you need during a vacation, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron, and hairdryer.

Located near the Ponte Dei Bareteri, you will be 3 minutes walking distance from both St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Additionally, from both the San Marco San Zaccaria vaporetto stop and the Rialto stop, you can reach Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia train station, and other lagoon islands such as Murano, Burano, Torcello, and the Lido.

Perfect Location!

Amazing location, fabulous showers and living area. Seamless check- in process. The only down side is that it does not have a balcony. I would stay again, though. It was very clean.

This is the perfect location and property!

My family of 5 stayed in this property over a busy and hot weekend during our travels through Italy. The check in process was organized and the communication with our host was good. Irene was our host and she was perfectly helpful during the process. The property is centrally located and easy to access. It is state of the art and modern in every way. It was perhaps the best property we stayed at on our trip. Highly recommend.
