I wish their was an option to rate below 1 star. I checked in at 3 pm and the apartment was not ready, cleaning ready was cleaning the rooms and said she will take 40 more minutes. When I called office rather than apologising or saying sorry, they said ok wait for 40 minutes than. Later in Kitchen their were no cooking pots, cutting knifes or scissors. No dishwashing detergents. Really an very disappointing choice

Great Location to Biennale!

The location to the Biennale and St. Marks Square is fantastic! It is also very close to the vaparetto stop. The unit itself was a little bit of a challenge for several reasons. The stairs up to the apartment were narrow and easy to hit your head. Then once in the apartment there were more narrow stairs to the upstairs bedroom and washer with lots of opportunities for hitting your head again on the low ceilings. The other bedroom was very small and dark. We were two couples sharing the apartment and we did enjoy the common living area with two couches and the big table. The kitchen was fine, but all the kitchen equipment was old and worn out and needed to be replaced. The internet was hard to get connected and it was slow. The one bathroom was very small and had only two rolls of toilet paper. Fortunately, there is a supermarket not far. There are tons of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. We quickly developed favorites during our 6 night stay. The third couple in our group had the downstairs apartment, so it was very nice to all be close.

Apartment is located within walking distance to San Marco and the rest of most famous architect. buildings. The stairs leading to apartment are very narrow and become spiral at front of entry door; very dangerous. I dont recommend it for middle age and size xl persons.There was nothing I consider basic supply: no coffee, no tea bags, no sugar, no salt. I would also ask to add a couple of coat hooks in bedrooms( no wardrobes) and bathroom. Besides this it is nice, clean apartment in quiet typical Venetian street. I spent there 3 nights with party of 4 and recommend it for rather younger visitors.

Cette location est conforme aux photos et à la description Elle est très bien située dans Venise car à 2 minutes des transports en commun et à dix minutes de la place Saint Marc. Le logement est fonctionnel mais la propreté laisse à désirer, surtout au niveau du sol.La literie est bonne, mais la couette est trop fine et des draps ont été placés à la place d'une housse de couette, ce qui est très peu pratique. Les canapés ne sont pas confortables, on sent les ressorts dès qu'on s'y assoit. Enfin si vous constatez un problème dans votre appartement, personne ne viendra réparer ce qui est défectueux, même si vous le signalez par mail plusieurs fois...

La casa è piacevole anche se non modernissima, alcune migliorie da apportare quali il portoncino di ingresso, il bagno non dotato di bidet, ne di doccino. per il resto molto silenziosa e vicinissima alla stazione actv del vaporetto.

Opinia o apartamencie Ca Dolce Vita

Apartament ok, ale brak czajnika elektrycznego , filtrów do ekspresu kawowego, brak siatek na oknach ( komary nas mocno pogryzły ) oraz popsute zamki w drzwiach ( lokal zostawialiśmy nie zamknięty na czas naszych wycieczek ) jest powodem zaniżenia oceny apartamentu . Położenie znakomite - blisko do przystani tramwajów wodnych oraz do placu Św. Marka jak i wypadu na wyspę Lido i Murano. Ogólnie , wrażenia z pobytu w Wenecji pozytywne. Mamy naturę turystyczną i drobne utrudnienia były do zaakceptowania , nie mniej , uważamy , że należy poprawić mankamenty w apartamencie.
