Overall a good location and you have the entire apartment. It has almost everything you need, including refrigerator, washer, stove. Adding a microwave would be great. It's next to a street and some restaurants, so not as quiet as expected, and you can't close the window completely due to an air conditioner vent pipe. No late check-in, so make sure that you can arrive before 8pm before you book.

Manager changed my hotel without confirming. No longer on grand canal and and 80 stair walk up. No sheets, blanket, or pillow the first if two nights. Very defensive manager with minimal effort to improve the stay. Not recommended!

Property was basic but perfectly fine for a one night stay in Venice. Bed comfortable, shower worked fine, bedding and towels nice and clean. Local restaurants nearby too.

Très bel endroit

Très bien situé, dans une rue calme, espace assez grand, on trouve dans l’appartement tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable, très grande salle de bain. Les draps et les serviettes sont de très bonne qualités. On se sent comme chez soi L’appartement est généralement propre 4/5 C’est surtout les couverts, assiettes, chaudron et ustensiles dans la cuisine qui méritent un peu plus de nettoyage, mais on a tout le nécessaire pour les laver à notre goût. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation

SAVE. YOUR. MONEY. I booked this property on Expedia because the photos looked ok. The place was a dungeon inside. It smelled HORRIBLE. It was not clean. You go into a small street with stairs and 3 different doors that look ancient. PLEASE save your time save your money and book elsewhere. 10 minutes after being in the property I left the owner the keys and booked a different accommodation down the street. He also didnt refund me or do anything after NOT STAYING IN THE PLACE.

A top place to stay in Venice!

Wonderful apartment with the greatest location ever! Close to restaurants and cafes , 15 minutes walk from San Marco, 2 minutes walk to water bus stations, 5 minutes walk to the grand canal,and also 2 minutes walk from a canal if you come/leave with water taxi! The bed was very comfortable and shower was awesome and it was very nice overall. There was no microwave, but we ate outside so it didn't bother us. There was great central heating we could turn ON and OFF and hot water all the time.

This was by far the most affordable I have ever stayed in Venice. I appreciated the price point of this rental! Great location close to the Rialto bridge area, with easy walks to other parts of Venice. We also appreciated the air-conditioning unit as it was quite hot this weekend.

We stayed at Maurizio’s place — it was very clean, and the location near the Rialto Bridge was perfect. Maurizio was very kind and always available with suggestions and help. A wonderful stay!

Bon séjour. Nous regrettons le manque de climatisation. Celle-ci était défectueuse et a donc été remplacée par un ventilateur portatif qui n’avait pas du tout l’effet escompté. Accueil par le propriétaire bancal. Nous sommes reçu par une personne envoyée par le propriétaire. Celle-ci nous informe devoir nous rendre dans l’appartement du propriétaire, à quelques minutes du logement, pour pouvoir régler le séjour avec lui. Nous arrivons en haut d’un immeuble dans un appartement où l’ambiance y était assez étrange. Celui-ci nous fait régler par carte bancaire mais refuse de nous donner la facture.

Appartement bien situé, 7 minutes du pont Rialto et proche toutes commodités. Bien équipé pour deux, possibilité de cuisiner mais la propreté de la vaisselle laisse un peu à désirer. La salle de bain est grande mais un peu datée, mériterait un rafraîchissement. Toutefois, c est parfait pour un court séjour.

일단 찾기 너무 어렵고 구석엔 묵은때 곰팡이 샤워기에 곰팡이 덕지덕지... 호스트한테 전화해서 기다리고 집 자체는 넓고 좋은데 뭔가 아쉬움이 엄청 많이 남네요

Appartement spacieux, moderne et propre. Avec tout le nécessaire (et même plus !). Parfait accueil du propriétaire qui est aux petits soins. Très bien situé. Seul bémol : les bruits provenant de la ruelle qui peuvent être dérangeants la nuit.
