Room was hard to find and was not labelled correctly. No contact possible after 6pm.. Room was neglected and bathroom not clean. Electrics were questionable as the wiring was not complete but a make shift solution was given with plug-in led strip lights. Room/apartment smelt damp and bathroom was dirty with mold in and around shower. I would not stay here again.

L'emplacement géographique est très bien, à proximité de la gare de Santa Lucia mais aussi du pont Rialto et de la place San Marco. Maison propre à notre arrivée. On trouve ce qu'il faut en équipement. Mais la maison est trés humide et sombre. Odeur d'égout en permanence provenant de la salle de bain, obligé de laisser la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte en permanence. Au vu du prix je m'attendais à mieux. Et le prix de la taxe sur place annoncé a été plus que quadruplé.

La casa es acogedora, pequeña, pero suficiente para el uso que le hemos dado. Decorada con gusto. Barrio muy tranquilo. Si tengo que ponerle algún "pero": la instalación eléctrica tenía algunas deficiencias en cuanto a la iluminación. Este es el único motivo por el que no le he dado 5 estrellas.
