This property was super close to the main port which takes you to the airport / murano & burano and had plenty of restaurants and stores around it. The host, Alessandro, was super helpful and responsive. I also truly appreciated how he had set up the room and provided free drinks and snacks!! I loved the room and have no complaints whatsoever

The air conditioning wasn't turned on but Alessandro could not have been nicer. He was so accommodating and helpful. I was suspicious about all the 10 star reviews but after staying here, I know it's legit. The room was clean and very nice. Marble tile floors, sliding door shower and bed was comfy. It's out of the way from the tourist spots and in a quiet area but also close to Ponte Rialto.

Clean room and well designed. Staff was on point helpful and friendly. Communicated well. Told us how to get to Venice. Bed was excellent and all around great experience. Stayed here for the second time and it continues to exceed expectations. The location is perfect—centrally situated within easy walking distance to all the main attractions and sights, while still tucked away enough to remain quiet for a great night’s rest. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient without feeling crowded or noisy. Alessandro made the check-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free, and his hospitality truly stands out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay once again. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.
